Just  an  update   wow !

i  have  called  the  news  around  my  home  here  and  told  them  about  this  need  

and  it  seems  no  one  cares  about  a  child  to  get  his  education  and  how  i  am  to get  him  to  school  to  register to  work  from  home  here  it  must  be  really  sad  that  no  one  really  is  not  reading  these  blogs  or  they   just  dont  really  want  to  help  us  out  here  my  son  is  in  need  to finish  school  here  i  have  no  transportation to  get  him  to  the  school   here  its  11  miles  away  from  me  and i  live  in  the  country out  in  the  sticks

they  call  it  and  the  nearest  store  is  3  or  4 miles  away  from  our  home  here    it   would  be  nice   to  find  a  helpful  person  out  there  somewhere  anywhere  that  could  help  my  son  and  i  through  this  problem  so  he  can  finish  high  school  and  be  someone  here

i  am  so  tired  of  begging  for  help  but  here  i  go  one  more time  here  we  need  some  idea   here  to  help  us  get  this  done  summer  is  coming  and  he  needs  to  finish  this  year  next  year  in september  he  will  be  18  yrs   old  and  we  need  this  help  bad .

someone  out  there  can  you give  us  any  ideas  to  help  us  through  this  time  my  son  deserves  his  education  to  finish  school  here.. love  to  all and  god  bless you all  too!

I don't have a great answer either. I am thinking of home schooling as I know women who do that and or you can check my blog

look for a car but I think it is mostly for medical reasons then opportunitycars.com or try to win one at freecharitycars.org

Have you contacted the school as I am sure someone there might be able to help with transportation..

i  am  looking  for  transportation  for  me  to  take  him  i  havent  had a  car  in  5 yrs

because  of  being  low  income  i have  a home  but  no  car! if  i  had  one  i  would  even  

work  part  time  here  because  we  really  need  to  help  ourselves tired  of  dealing  with 

everything  lately .

no  i  have  lived  here  for  along  time  but  i  cant  find  any  help  as  of  yet  i  have  called dhs  and  tv  and  no one  seems  to  be interested  in  my  needs  here  i  live  in  the rural part  of  northville  michigan  and  no  busses  or  nothing  comes  out  this  way  here  its  11  miles  to  the  school  and  people   target  shoot  out  here  with  guns  and it  is  very  dangerouse  for  a  child  to  walk  up  8  mile road  besides  the  cars  and the people  that  drive  on  8  mile   my  son  was already  hit  and  ran  over  10  yrs  ago  and  it  would  not  be  wise  for  him  to  walk  to  school   11 miles  at  night  time  thats  when  he  goes  to  school  6  to  10  p.m   and  i  cant  get  anyone  to  help  us  here  were  i  live  either  everyone  is  for  themselvfes  it  seems  to  me .

Reply to Swedishkiss:---How has your son gotten to school up to now? You state that he is a senior so he must have gotten to school somehow before now. Have you just recently moved to the country ? Are there no school buses where you live? I live way out in the country as well but a school bus picks up the children that live around us. Even is he had to walk a ways to catch a school bus is quite normal even here several kids have to walk up to a mile to get to the bus stop. I don't quite understand what you are asking us to help you with other than to suggest you contact his public school system and find out where the nearest school bus stop is. What are your expectations of aidpage, you need to be a little clearer about what you think we could help you with. Sincerely sheshe030
